Terms of use

Last updated 7 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the 365 Screen Time app and its service, provided by UofHappy, LLC. Using the app means you accept them.

What the app does

365 Screen Time helps you keep apps and websites shut when you asked for them to be shut. It does that with the tools Apple and Google provide — Screen Time on iOS, accessibility and overlay on Android — and it works within what those tools can do.

Blocking is best effort

We build for reliability and we test it hard, but we cannot promise that every block fires or lifts at the exact second, on every device, in every state. The operating system can delay or deny what we ask for; a phone can be rebooted, dozed, or have its permissions revoked. The app is a help, not a guarantee, and it is not a substitute for care in anything that matters — it must not be relied on for safety, medical, legal or financial outcomes.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and your device safe. Do not use the app to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to restrict somebody else's phone without their knowledge and consent. We may suspend an account that does.

Ending it

You can stop using the app at any time, and delete your account in the app under Settings › Account or on this site. Deletion is permanent. We may end the service, or a part of it, with reasonable notice.

The legal part

The app and its content are ours or our licensors'. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app, nothing more. The service is provided "as is", to the fullest extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer.

If we change these terms, the app will say so. Questions: [email protected].
