Delete your account
This deletes your 365 Screen Time account and the data on it: your rules, your settings, your garden's record of kept days, and every device signed in. It cannot be undone.
If you still have the app, it is quicker there: Settings › Account › Delete account. This page is for when you no longer do.
What is deleted
- Your email address, your password and the Apple or Google identifier you signed in with. Your Apple sign-in is revoked, so we stop appearing under Settings › Sign in with Apple.
- Your rules and your settings, on every device.
- Your garden: kept days, flowers, trees, the whole record.
- Every access token, so every signed-in device is signed out at once.
What is kept, and why
The record of a purchase the App Store or Google Play told us about — the product, the store's own transaction identifier, the status and the dates — is kept, detached from your identity, with no email address and no device. A refund has to stay a refund: without that record, the same purchase restored on a new account would hand back premium that was already refunded. The privacy policy says the same thing.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — only the store you bought it from can. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account before you delete, or you will go on being charged for an account that is gone.
An account that was never signed in has no email address and cannot be reached from this page. Nobody else can reach it either: it has no identity on it, and it goes when you delete the app.
